We had a difficult Custody issue that E. Scott Clarke and the firm helped us with. He actually made himself available to our whole family and really was responsive. Hello and good day. I'm here writing this review to help you make a decision in hiring this firm. I came to this firm through a recommendation from an attorney at Edelman Courthouse. For 2 years I had been trying very hard to get my children back into my custody. Mine was a complicated case. After exhausting all the courts requirements, I found myself still without my children back in my custody. I was becoming more discouraged. My court appointed attorney told me there was a good chance that I might not get custody of my children, in spite of all my efforts. I didn't understand how that could be possible. My attorney at that time said to me she had done all she could. I asked around the court for references. I asked about someone or someones who would speak up for me and my case and would not be intimidated by the court. A previous attorney I had had told me to call Fusco & Clark. I did. I scheduled a consultation and met at their office. Scott Clark explained to me what my challenges were, and I told him I was prepared to do anything that was asked of me to help my case. Scott Clark in turn assured me that he'd do all that was in his legal expertise to help me reunify with my three children.
He began showing up in court, and I immediately noticed the respect he got from the court and those present. He spoke up for me. He assured the court that we'd be working on all issues necessary to satisfy the court further. Over the course of 10 months, he communicated regularly with me and communicated with the court on my behalf. He did for me what he said he'd do. The last 2 hearings, his partner Mr. Fusco showed up and was just as professional as Scott Clark. Last week, after 2 years and 10 months of having an open case, the Honorable Judge Teresa Sullivan gave me a final judgement of Sole Legal Custody and Sole Physical Custody and closed my case. If you're a parent, you can imagine how happy I am. I recommend this firm to anyone in search of honest and fair help.

I worked with Mauricio and could not have been happier with him and our results. I have unfortunately been involved in a nasty family law case the last couple years. When my case flipped to dependency court, my family law attorney highly recommended I retain Mauricio's services even though the charges were against the father. As it turns out it wasn't so black and white and when the father tried to turn things against me, Mauricio not only expected it but was prepared in court to defend me and quickly got me out of what could have been a bad situation for my children, because dads attorney wanted the kids taken from me since they were taken from dad.
